We will go over that in detail in the sizing section below. To keep it short a throw has a loose fit while fitted is, well, fitted! We can either print just on the front or the entire table throw. Table Runners to Compliment Your Table
To compliment your imprinted table throws, we have table runners. Of course, you can just order the runners on their own. They go nicely over a blank tablecloth. These are great for special occasions and holidays. A Christmas table runner will set the mood at the next holiday office gathering. Employees are sure to appreciate the branding and personalization. The same can be done for Halloween, New Years, Easter and other important dates.
We offer our custom table runners are dye sublimated. They can be done in any color you require. Simply send us the pantone colors in your logo.
All our custom table covers and runners are made of 100% Polyester fabric. Polyester poplin to be exact. They are machine washable. Use cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly and use a steam iron or steamer at low setting.
Flame Retardant & Flame Resistant

Table Cover Sizing
Every customer we work with has a different table size. Although most orders are for 6ft and 8ft, we can accommodate 4ft and even custom-fit table covers. We also offer a convertible table throw. These will fit both a 6ft and 8ft table with ease. We also carry fitted rectangle tablecloths in all standard sizes.
What is the difference between a fitted cover and a throw?
A standard throw is loose. It can be thrown over the table much like a top sheet is thrown over a bed. A fitted cover on the other hand, is tight. It fits perfectly to your 4ft, 6ft or 8ft table. Your table will look like a box. This is all about preference. We get an even amount of orders for both styles. Learn more here.
Table Cover Printing & Packaging
We take the quality of your custom tablecloth printing very serious. It’s our job to make sure you get the highest quality product to represent your brand. There are a few imprint methods we use. For simple 1-color company logos we normally use heat transfer. If your design is full color, we will utilize screen printing or dye sublimation. All these printing methods are good.
The covers are packaged individually in a clear vinyl bag. They are wrinkle resistant but still will need to be steamed.
Our top selling table covers all offer a 24-hour run turnaround time. Even without the rush option, printed table throws only take 3 days from art approval. If you decide to rush, please make sure your coordinate with us and provide your artwork immediately. The best file format is AI – Vector.
Custom Tablecloths for Trade Show Booths

Bulk Table Linens
If you are interested in ordering a high quantity of table linens, we can accommodate you. We recommend a pre-production sample in this case. Even though when you order in bulk the tablecloths are inexpensive, we still want to make sure your logo is spot on.
When to Rent Instead of Buy
In some cases, it is probably better to rent table linens than to buy them. If this is a one-time event and you will not be re-using the table cloths, then you should rent. If you do not want a custom logo or artwork on the table linens, it is also a good reason to rent instead of buy. Banquet halls and other places that hosts special occasions usually can take care of this for you. Many of our customers rent blank tablecloths and order 1 or 2 screen printed table covers from us with a picture that is important to the event.
