What is your minimum order?

The min order can be found on each product page, it varies greatly.

When will my order ship out?

Every single product has a field called "Ships In", every order will ship in this number of business days or before. There are a few execptions around holidays but our team will let you know if for some reason we can not make your deadline.

How can I track my custom order?

Tracking your order is as easy as logging into your account, viewing your order and seeing if it is still processing or if it has shipped. If your order was shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you have any questions on your orders call us at 1-877-287-9287 and we will be happy to help you out!

What is your return policy?

On Custom Products: We do not offer cash back refunds on custom products since a proof is approved before production on every transaction. However, if their is an artwork error or mis-communication we will do our best to remake your order in the given time frame.
On "Ready to Go" Products: "Ready to Go" products can be returned within 7 days of purchasing. Items must be still in packaging and not used for the refund to be processed.
